1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Assetick ("the Service"), available at assetick.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Assetick provides stock market data, technical and fundamental analysis, screening tools, machine-learning-based predictions, and related features for stocks listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE). Features are available across FREE, BASIC, and PREMIUM subscription tiers.

3. No Investment Advice

Important: All content on Assetick — including signals, scores, screener results, ML predictions, and any other analysis — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

Stock market investment involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance and model accuracy do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor before trading.

4. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One account per person; accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed through bKash for a fixed duration (e.g., 30 days) and do not auto-renew.
  • New accounts may receive a free trial of the BASIC plan; trial length is set by us and may change for future signups.
  • Access to paid features ends when your subscription period expires, after which your account reverts to the FREE tier.
  • Prices and plan features may change; changes apply to future purchases, not active subscriptions.

6. Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription has been activated. If a successful bKash payment fails to activate your plan due to a technical error on our side, contact us with your transaction ID and we will either activate the plan or refund the payment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Service by automated means.
  • Resell, republish, or redistribute the Service's data or analysis without written permission.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security or access controls.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable securities regulations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Data Accuracy

Market data is sourced from publicly available DSE information and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate and current but provide no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assetick and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and original content of the Service are the property of Assetick. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 9, and 10) will survive.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
